Skullcandy UK is seeking a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the UK and Irelands' brand presence. This position will help plan and execute all marketing campaigns, bringing them to life across all channels including Retail, PR, Social and Ecommerce. Supporting brand initiatives through POS, digital advertising, events and activations. We are looking for a passionate team member who is a self-starter, seeking a high-performance culture, and interested in the Digital environment. The Marketing Executive will report directly to the UK Marketing Manager and work closely with the UK Sales team as well as the Global Marketing team.


  • Unconditional support for the whole UK team, especially sales and distributors
  • Assist the team in taking brand campaigns to market
  • Be the point person for all brand assets & in store fixtures
  • Brief creative needs into global teams
  • Manage digital advertising for Ecommerce and Brand
  • Coordinate with global teams to execute the digital strategy
  • Organise, execute & attend consumer facing events
  • Coordinate with PR & Influencer agencies
  • Provide support in managing the budget and tracking spending
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports into our global dashboard
  • Prepare and collate quarterly reports for EMEA & Global sales meetings


  • 2+ years' experience within a branded environment (consumer electronics, sports, action sports, music, etc...)
  • Strong background in Channel marketing and retail POS execution
  • Experience working on Digital & Social media platforms using Smartly, Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse global team
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
  • Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Connection to our brand through music and/or action sports
  • Must be able to do what's needed: travel, rent cars, manage own time and pedal to the metal
  • Full UK driver's license

Working Environment:

  • 50% of time working from home (or from the London office dependent on circumstances)
  • 35% of time working from London office located in Hammersmith
  • 15% of time on the road touring retail, activating events & attending meetings
