Our Information Technology team is looking for a high energy problem solver, with great customer service skills to join our team. The Helpdesk Intern's primary role will be to solve day-to-day helpdesk tickets and assist employees with software and hardware problems



  • Support the Helpdesk Department by resolving employee ticket requests in a timely manner
  • Willingness to help users from all over the world and occasional 24/7 support during off hours
  • Ability to proactively solve problems, and predict trends from end users
  • Work with the helpdesk department to diagnose end user issues that are company wide
  • Provide Desktop and Mobile Support on platforms that include Mac, Windows, Linux



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or actively pursuing bachelor's degree.
  • Must be self-motivated and be a self-starter
  • Must have a willingness to quickly explore and learn new skills with support from senior members
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills a Must
