You are a key member of the Digital Marketing team and the Skullcandy ecommerce business as a whole. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the Skullcandy brand and how to promote it internationally. You are passionate about bringing campaigns to life on all globally owned channels in a way that creates a best in class user experience.


60% - Campaign Execution:

  • Work with Digital Producer to communicate development and creative needs for all marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute and test marketing campaigns including but not limited to product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Ensure creative asset quality and effective messaging prior to publishing content.
  • Global alignment and execution of regional campaigns.
  • Partner across operations, channel and brand to build bring online campaigns to life.

40% - Conversion and Consideration Strategy:

  • Develop a deep understanding of promotional levers and their impacts to performance at the product and/or total business level.
  • Help develop and maintain global strategy and timelines to ensure a quality experience on large and small-scale marketing campaigns via Digital Marketing Strategy Calendar.
  • Assist Digital Ecom Specialist in customer segmentation, ad-hoc reporting, vetting, and exporting data


Education: BS or BA in related field or 1+ years' experience in digital marketing-related field.


  • Organizational and planning skills required to handle multiple, ongoing projects.
  • Ability to gather information from a variety of sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation.
  • Comfortable and efficient working cross-functionally and with internationally based marketing teams.
  • Strong work ethic and "always deliver on time" attitude.


  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent email communication skills
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms and CRM solutions
  • Experience working with collaborative software such as Basecamp, Slack, etc.
