POSITION TITLE: Sales Operations Analyst, EMEA

Responsible for providing a high-level customer experience for B2B customers, when possible in the customers preferred language. Work closely with all departments in EU and US HQ as well as with the European warehouse. Collecting and analyzing sales / sell through data to drive and improve operational procedures as well as additional sales.


  • Own order management performance and process for an assigned book of business; minimize any order discrepancies and ensure products ship in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Communicate availabilities, back order overviews and stock reports to the customer as well as to the sales team
  • Work closely with the customer and other departments such as demand planning to identify fulfillment and product availability schedules;
  • Manage consequences of supply shortages by optimizing profitability, service level, and customer or brand implication;
  • Ensure all aspects of your book of business runs smoothly to ensure a strong customer experience for our retailers
  • Own communication with the logistics department and the warehouse for delivery procedures, consolidations, claims, bookings, returns, reworks and optimizing releases
  • Work closely and proactively with the sales team to report monthly and quarterly missed or additional revenue, create opportunities for additional sales
  • Manage credit and warranty requests, as well as monitoring the SRA for the accounts
  • Ensure that customer procedures, logistic needs and price lists are always up to date
  • Monitor and maintain by channel dashboards that reports out WOS, sell-through, forecast accuracy, STOO and all other analytics needed to own your your channel/book of business
  • Utilize the data to plan your business and make quick entrepreneurial business decisions
  • Launch new products, displays, shippers and other assets at retail on time working cross-functionally with channel marketing
  • Lead projects that create positive change, improve service levels and advance customer relationships
  • Communicate allocation and manage consequences of supply shortages with customers
  • Ensure business is executed in an efficient, profitable manner across all channels and retailers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, analytical environment
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure sales plans and activities tie to overall company goals
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on sales plans, including assortment decisions, revenue goals and trade promotion spend, report status to sales plans


  • Min 3 years' experience in supply chain and/or sales Operation and/or customer service
  • Understanding and interpreting customer forecast/Sell-through data
  • Understanding of sales operations cycles including customer forecasting, purchase orders, sales Orders, allocation, 3PL fulfillment and billing
  • Experience with SAP, Sisense and addition welcome
  • Ability to quickly summarize and articulate complex situations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without day to day management
  • Excellent customer service communication skills, in writing on the phone and in person
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Positive can-do attitude. Fix problems first, then root cause how it happened to ensure we fix the process
  • Experience with SAP, Sisense and addition welcome
  • Fluency in English and German and another European language
