We are looking to add a crucial member to our Digital Marketing Team, a team that is focused on global performance-based marketing strategy and execution. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the Skullcandy brand to help oversee all paid activities and channels with a focus on sustainable revenue and market share growth. You will own and execute the global paid social strategy while also contributing to the management and strategy of all paid channels with the goal of maximizing reach, traffic and revenue. This is a full-time position at the Skullcandy headquarters in Park City, Utah.


70% Paid Social Digital Marketing and Acquisition

  • Own and execute the global paid social strategy
  • One person team responsible for global campaign implementation, management and tracking
  • Project briefing with digital producer and creative team to ensure campaigns are on-brand and effective
  • KPI goal setting and reporting with focus on sustainable ROAS metrics that drive profitability
  • Create, launch and optimize campaigns at scale using both retargeting and prospecting techniques
  • Audience building and optimization within native ad platforms and consumer data platform
  • Plan, execute and test campaigns including product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
  • New channel research, scope and implementation
  • Ability to leverage A/B testing and multivariate experiments to make recommendation
  • Digital marketing vendor management
  • Budget management and allocation
  • Invoicing and credit card management

30% Overall Global Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to develop and maintain global schedule and strategy.
  • Ensure a quality experience across large and small-scale marketing campaigns
  • Gain a deep understanding of promotional levers and their impacts to performance at the product and/or total business level
  • Leverage knowledge to drive actionable optimizations and maximize ad spend
  • Assist Digital Marketing Team in customer segmentation, ad-hoc reporting, vetting, and exporting data


  • 5+ years of experience in the PPC and Paid Social world
  • Proven track record of driving ROI and ROAS
  • BS or BA in related field
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets
  • Experience managing digital vendors and agencies
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team


  • Experience on both the agency and client side
  • Tracking/Pixel Knowledge, both in Google Tag Manager and native platforms
  • Experience with paid search PPC and or SEM tactics
