Part Time Intern/Entry Level

Position Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a critical role in the strategic growth of Skullcandy brand and products across all retailer digital marketplaces. You will support the sales and marketing teams in executing various aspects of the digital marketing plan, including implementation of promotional offers, visual merchandising, and new product launches. This role with give you a great opportunity to build your experience and knowledge in the trade marketing environment. You will support this critical work with all the major digital retailers throughout the UK and Europe including Amazon, Very, Argos, FNAC & MediaMarkt. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the European Marketing Manager and work closely with the both the Sales and Marketing teams.

Audit retailer digital sites daily & weekly; checking product listings, enriched content & reviews
Support sales team with new product set ups on multiple platforms and portals
Collate and deliver assets and content to retail digital sites
Support certain elements of the content translations process
Support with retailer product launches and promo activations
Monitor and catalogue in store fixtures and brand assets
Work with the marketing team on CGC reviews programs and syndication
Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for brand and retailer performance
Assist with preparation of sale presentations
Coordinate product sampling across PR, influencer, ambassadors and retailer programs
Support all teams where needed

To love and be successful in this role, it would be desirable if you possess the below competencies, skills and education:

Studying for a Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration or experience working in retail.
Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, with comfort with Excel/PowerPoint (and Google equivalents)
Basic understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and/or other retailer portals
Keen interest in Retail & Trade Marketing
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills and comfort working with external and internal stakeholders
Ability to switch between tasks in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with retail/digital environment

Working Environment:
Flexible schedule
Up to 2 days a week working from the Guildford office
Potential 2 days a week working from home
Some travel to local retailers and meetings may be required
