As a Channel Marketing Coordinator, you will set-up, and maintain Skullcandy's product review programs across key distribution channels and perform regular in-depth analysis of customer feedback. This includes seeding product to review communities, distributing training materials to reviewers, monitoring reviews and sending regular reports to the marketing, sales and product teams.

You will work directly with major retailers and with our internal review platforms to constantly monitor performance and make proactive recommendations on maintaining a healthy review ecosystem. You will coordinate cross functionally to ensure the timely activation of reviews to support new product launches and ongoing digital health of existing products.

You will find opportunities and make recommendations for enhancements to Skullcandy products and features, based on data and other insights, with the goal of improving the customer experience for our customers while also aligning to organizational goals. In doing so, you will assess customer needs and propose innovative consumer-focused solutions.

In addition to owning reviews, you will work with the channel marketing team to help launch new products through our key retail channel's websites and audit this content throughout the life of the product.

  • Experience working cross-functionally within a company
  • Experience in a customer experience a plus
  • Customer oriented - focuses on the consumer experience and provides the necessary tools to write thoughtful reviews
  • Detail and data oriented - actively uses data to support recommendations and opportunities
  • Project management skills - works closely with channel marketing to define specific goals and requirements for each initiative
  • Communication and relationship management - establishes strong working relationships with peers and has clear oral and written communication skills
  • Results focused - provides regular updates to cross-functional teams and managers. Summarizes issues and key actions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven aptitude for learning and desire for success
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills, excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates confidence in making instinctual decisions
  • Retail and digital merchandising experience (a plus)
