Skullcandy is looking for a multi-lingual Operations Coordinator to join its international team in the Zurich, Switzerland office. This is a temporary position through the end of February, 2018.



Responsible for providing a high-level customer experience for both B2C and B2B customers, when possible in the customer's preferred language. Work closely with all other departments and warehouse in Europe, as well as the Interactive Team in the US.


  • Correspond with customers via e-mail to address any inquiries
  • Provide service to customers during order process, shipment and after service


  • Handle orders (retailers, distributors, marketing requests)
  • Create opportunities for additional sales for all our customers on every order to ensure customer satisfaction and maximized profit on each order
  • Handle credit note requests
  • Process returns
  • Provide backorder information to sales managers and accounts
  • Update and provide stock reports to sales managers and accounts
  • Keep price lists up to date
  • Create packing/shipping routines for new customers



  • Previous experience in a similar role required
  • Excellent customer service communication skills: in writing, on the phone, and in person
  • Demonstrated punctuality and strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain high-quality work in repetitive and stressful situations
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar programs
  • Fluency in English and another European language required; additional language skills an advantage
