Skullcandy is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to be responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment from requisition planning and creation through offer and negotiation of all positions at HQ and Canada sites.  The Corporate Recruiter will manage all global position requests for Skullcandy Inc and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for the company. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process including recruitment strategy, requisition management, job postings, candidate scheduling, run of shows, interviewing, selection, references, offer and negotiation for all positions at HQ..
  • Execute on Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and assist Director of HR in management of the Global Talent Brand.
  • Act as an expert on Skullcandy recruitment processes and digital proficiency, educates hiring managers on trends in the labor market to set realistic expectations.
  • Be the expert in navigating and training of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ApplicantPro and manage Global Requisition Process.
  • Assist Director of HR with Long-Term Hiring Model planning and tracking.
  • Lead the recruiting efforts for the Skullcandy internship program.
  • Host candidates visiting HQ and ensure all candidates have a great experience.
  • Assist with enhancing the careers site on SKDY.com, SKDY LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool.
  • Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, generalists and other stakeholders.
  • Manage background screens and invoices for new hires.
  • Manage New Hire Surveys for new employees and their respective hiring managers; measure and track quality of hires and quality of recruitment tools/processes.
  • Assist with company events and Skullcandy University initiatives/events.
  • Assist with company surveys, best places to work, etc.
  • Create reports and manipulate Excel worksheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Ad hoc projects across acquisition and operation functions as needed.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with full-lifecycle recruitment.
  • Must have experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar HRIS system.
  • Recruiting experience with technical positions strongly preferred (engineers, web designers, interactive).
  • Must have knowledge of interview skills, techniques, and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to assess applicant/candidate quality, skills and fit and identify the best candidate for a position.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record in delivering results.
  • Must be organized and able to work in a chaotic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be high energy and passionate about culture and recruiting.
