Skullcandy is looking for a passionate teammate for our Paid Search Specialist position to be the in-house expert in biddable media, stay up to date on industry trends, and constantly discover opportunities to grow the online business through paid media activities. The PSP who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all paid advertising initiatives across all online platforms. Skullcandy's digital-first mentality allows this role to make an immediate impact to the bottom line and a pivotal piece of the company's growth and long term success. 


  • Monitor and optimize SEM/AMS accounts, seeking out growth opportunities, assessing performance to meet the sales goals for all digital stores. 
  • Partner with Digital Manager and Director to offer account recommendations for opportunities, including: goals, campaign, tactics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Track, measure, and report on all campaign work each month.
  • Manage communication and interaction for the team in a timely and consistent fashion through weekly reports and meetings.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget
  • Manage & optimize all publishers to a target ROAS



  • 2-4 years of PPC marketing experience Bachelor's degree in or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of major PPC platforms as well as analytics suites. Intermediate working knowledge of PPC tools.
  • Experience creating and optimizing Amazon AMS campaigns
  • Experience with other acquisition channels including Amazon AMG, traditional display, affiliates & social
  • Google Ad experience with GDN and Youtube
  • Some retail search experience (,, Walmart,com, etc.)
