Skullcandy is looking for a multi-lingual Sales Operations Analyst to join its international team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing a high-level customer experience for B2B customers. Work closely with all other departments and warehouse in Europe, as well as the departments in the US.

B2B: - Own order management performance and process for an assigned book of business; minimize any order discrepancies and ensure products ship in a timely and accurate manner; - Communicate availabilities, back order overviews and stock reports to the customer as well as to the sales - Create opportunities for additional sales for all our customers on every order to ensure customer satisfaction and maximized profit on each order - Update and provide stock reports (ATP) to sales managers and accounts - Manage and maintain accurate price lists for all accounts - Create packing/shipping routines for new customers - Own communication with the logistics department and the warehouse for delivery procedures, consolidations, claims, bookings, returns, reworks and optimizing releases - Manage credit and warranty requests, as well as monitoring the SRA for the accounts - Ensure that customer processes are followed by working with the warehouse and logistics - Monitor and maintain by channel dashboards that reports out WOS, sell-through, forecast accuracy, and tracking to revenue goals - Interpret channel specific data to provide insights on your channel that drive profitability and revenue - Utilize data to plan the business and make quick, entrepreneurial business pivots based on the data - Own Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) initiatives with retailers and internal collaboration with demand planning team to plan your book of business


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a similar role required - Excellent customer service communication skills: in writing, on the phone, and in person - Demonstrated punctuality and strong work ethic - Ability to maintain high-quality work in repetitive and stressful situations - Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar programs - Fluency in English required, another European language an advantage
